CALANETICS

When we are looking for something to start exercising, it is probably wisest to choose low-intensity training, such as calanetics, pilates. In the studio, we conduct calanetics without lacking creativity :) You will see how much variety there can be in training. We use equipment - balls, soft balls, weights, bands, mini bands, rollers, etc. We also like training without any equipment, only with our own body weight, in order to better feel the body in movements. The small number of people in the groups ensures maximum attention to everyone

YOGA (VINYASA FLOW and HATHA)

Yoga is a holistic practice in which we can feel a different quality of life, a softened attitude towards ourselves and the environment. In the practice of yoga, breath and movement flow in harmony. After yoga, we feel rested, relaxed and restored. Each class consists of different yoga sequences to develop different aspects of the physical and energetic body. Morning yoga practice invigorates and awakens the body, raises the energy level and prepares the nervous system for the day's events. Practicing yoga in the evening helps the body go into rest mode and prepares for a deep and quality sleep.

PILATES

The Pilates method was developed by the German physical trainer Joseph Pilates and is one of the most famous training systems in the world. The training emphasizes slow and precise movements paying attention to body posture in various positions. Joseph P. himself called the training system he created controlology, because during training, a lot of attention is paid to sensing and controlling breathing and movement. Many deep muscles of the body are recruited during training, posture, flexibility, and breathing are improved.

SLOW FLOW AND MEDITATION

In this activity, we activate "rest & digest" (parasympathetic nervous system), little by little after an active day, we leave "fight or flight" (sympathetic nervous system) in order to prepare the body for high-quality rest. A calm flow of movement lasts about 20 minutes, and relaxation and meditation last about 30 minutes

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

We create workouts based on your current fitness, health status and goals. We work with an internationally recognized training model (ACE Integrated Fitness Training® model). During the first meeting, we get to know each other, discuss your current state of health and physical activity, and talk about what you would like to achieve by attending individual training sessions. In the first training, we perform exercise-tests to identify lagging muscle groups and other body imbalances. We consider the creation of safe and healthy movement habits, awareness in nutrition and the discovery of the rhythm of the day a priority. We do not like monotonous training, we are looking for joy not only for the muscles, but also for the brain

Important! Always consult a qualified physiotherapist or sports doctor before starting any sporting activity
